2025 Relay Run Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in the 2025 Say Less Projects Relay Run, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in a long-distance relay involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, dehydration, traffic hazards, adverse weather conditions, and unforeseen accidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Say Less Projects, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and any associated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or death that may occur before, during, or after the event.

3. Personal Responsibility: I certify that I am physically fit, have trained appropriately for this event, and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I am responsible for my own safety, hydration, and well-being during the relay run.

4. Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize relay run officials, volunteers, or medical personnel to administer necessary first aid or medical treatment, understanding that Say Less Projects is not responsible for any resulting costs.

5. Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all event rules, traffic laws, and instructions given by relay run organizers. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the event.

6. Media Release: I grant Say Less Projects permission to use any photos, videos, or recordings of my participation for promotional purposes.
