DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT
VICKY HOMSOMBATH
I’m running because honest conversations around mental health can help people feel seen, heard, and less alone.
I’m part of this year’s Dallas to Austin relay because I believe conversations around mental health and suicide are vital and necessary. This mission is personal to me, and being part of it means a lot.
I’ve experienced my own battles with depression, anxiety, and thoughts of suicide since I was young. Those experiences have shaped the way I see this work and why I care so deeply about helping people feel heard and supported. I’m running this relay because mental health struggles do not look one way, and no one should feel like they have to carry that weight alone.
If you believe in showing up for people and supporting something bigger than ourselves, I’d be honored to have your support.
FUNDRAISING GOAL: $1,000
